We collect your name, email, phone number, and the payment identifiers you register — such as your UPI handle or Paytm-linked number. We also log your device type and IP address to protect your account from unauthorised access attempts.

We store only the payment reference identifiers needed to match a transaction to your account. Full UPI credentials and Paytm wallet balances are never stored on our servers; all live transaction data passes through the respective payment provider's own encrypted infrastructure.

Yes. Head to Settings, then Privacy in your account dashboard and submit a data access request. We will compile and deliver a structured copy of your stored data to your registered email address, usually within 72 hours on business days.
